Consultant Psychotherapist
Christian has been working in mental healthcare since 2005, he has held a number of managerial and clinical roles. He has worked for the NHS, the Cardinal Clinic in Windsor and the Priory in London.
Christian's qualifications include Doctor of Psychology in Psychotherapy and Counselling from the University of Roehampton. He is a member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy, The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the Southern Association for Psychotherapy and Counselling. In addition to his private practice, Christian was the Chairman of the UKCP until stepping down in June 2024. He has also been responsible for the Eating Distress and Dietary Chaos psychological programme for Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, the mental health advisor to an Independent school in Berkshire and a professional psychological advisor to a national Eating Disorder charity.

Dr Daniel Maughan
Consultant Psychiatrist
Dr Daniel Maughan is a Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in general adult psychiatry including depression, anxiety disorders, substance misuse, OCD, PTSD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia and psychosis.
He aims to support people by helping them understand their mental health problems and find the right combination of treatments to achieve recovery. He has been awarded the Royal College of Psychiatrists Presidents Medal for services to psychiatry and is involved with mental health research at Oxford University. Daniel holds professional Membership withthe Royal College of Psychiatrists, is an Honorary Member of the World Psychiatric Association, an Honorary Member of Oxford University Psychiatry Department and a Fellow with the Higher Education Academy

Child and Adolescent Consultant Psychiatrist
Dr Fivos Cacoullis has been working as a consultant child Psychiatrist since 1999. In his clinical practice, he assesses and treats the full range of childhood psychiatric disorders. His areas of clinical interest include neuropsychiatric conditions, attachment issues, family therapy issues. Fivos trained as an undergraduate at Imperial College, university of London, St Mary’s Hospital medical school and further trained in general psychiatry at the Royal Free Hospital training scheme. Fivos did his higher specialist Child Psychiatry training, at Guy’s and St Thomas’ school of medicine, training scheme. Fivos also has an MSc in systemic psychotherapy in addition to membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. He is trained in EMDR therapy for children, which is a treatment for PTSD. In addition, Fivos has extensive Medico-legal experience and has also given evidence in the High Court, as an expert witness.

Debbie Livingston
Psychotherapist
Debbie is a psychotherapist registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). She has been awarded a Masters degree in Transpersonal Counselling and Psychotherapy and in addition Debbie has completed her Master Practitioner qualification in Practitioner Skills in Eating Disorders and Obesity. Debbie has previously held the position of Chair Person of Reading Therapies which provides continuing professional development for Psychotherapists, Psychologists and Counsellors. Debbie has also held managerial positions within the UKCP including Chair of the UKCP HIPC complaints committee and a member of the Ethics committee. Debbie is curently completing her PhD in Psychotherapy.

Clinical Psychologist
Martin specialises in working individually with adults and adolescents. He was the Director of Psychological Therapies at the Cardinal Clinic for over 10 years before stepping down in 2021 to focus more on his special interest in Trauma. He values evidence-based treatments and has therefore gained additional qualification in cognitive behavioural therapy and EMDR. Martin practices both in Wokingham and Farnham Surrey and is registered and recognised by all major health care providers. He holds professional memberships with the Health Professions Council, British Psychological Society, British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists and EMDR UK

Dr Christian Buckland
Caroline is a qualified and accredited systemic Psychotherapist (Family Therapist) with over 20 years experience of working with young people and their families. She works with those who are experiencing a range of difficulties including clinical depression, self harm, attachment patterns and relationships.
As a family therapists, Caroline is able to work with sibling groups, couples and therapy for individuals.
Caroline is passionate about children and young peoples’ emotional and psychological well being. She considers that it is essential to listen to families, to understand what goals they want to set themselves and to work collaboratively with them to achieve this.


Counselling Psychologist
Dr Priya Jaspal
Priya is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist currently working within the NHS in Secondary Care delivering Dialectical Behavioural Therapy for patients that present with Borderline Personality Disorder.
In addition to her current role within the NHS, and having worked across multiple services including Primary and Secondary Care, she is able to offer a number of approaches including humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural therapy (2nd and 3rd wave) and integrative approaches.
Priya received her qualification of Doctor of Psychology in Psychotherapeutic and Counselling Psychology from the University of Surrey and is a member of the U.K. Council for Psychotherapy. Her main therapeutic interests include mental health stigma, mood disorders and personality disorders.

Dr Andreea Arsene
Counselling Psychologist
Andreea specialise in counselling psychology and systemic psychotherapy supporting couples, adults and families in the NHS and independent sectors, in outpatient and inpatient settings. Andreea is an author with professional publications and contributions to various international conferences and workshops. She lectured, authored, and co-authored psychology university courses for a decade in the academic environment.
Andreea is specialised in supporting our clients in various areas: Couple Counselling And Psychotherapy, Anxiety, Depression, Emotional Difficulties, Victims Of Domestic Abuse, Remission Of Psychosis. Andreea holds professional memberships with the Health and Care Professionals Council, the British Psychological Society and the European Family Therapy Association.

Dr Jenna Richards
Clinical Psychologist
Dr Jenna Richards is a Clinical Psychologist who specialises in working with children, adolescents, and families. She works with children and young people presenting with a range of problems including anxiety disorders such as social anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), generalised anxiety disorders and phobias; low mood and depression; and emotional dysregulation and self-harm. Jenna is trained to carry out Autism assessments using the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS). Jenna draws from a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Systemic Therapy.

Clare has twenty years of experience as a counselling psychologist working with children and adolescents and families in different settings. Clare provides therapy on a short and long term basis and works with a wide range of issues and difficulties. Depending on the presentation and age of the young person Clare works on an individual basis or together with the family. Clare provides therapy for children and young people, family therapeutic approaches, CBT, EMDR, DBT skills, psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy, person centred therapy, group therapy, SFBT, art therapeutic approaches, and integrative therapy.Clare holds professional membership with the Health and Care Professionals Council and the British Psychological Society where she is an Associate Fellow.
